Once a successful order is placed an email will be sent to the email address provided. This will now be with the processing team who will get the item delivered to the Roblox username that was provided. The ways this will happen are be set out below:

• Mailbox delivery: In the majority of games we provide items for there is an in-game mailing system you can use to send items to other players. We will put any items you order in this mailbox and when you are next playing the game you can go to the mailbox to retrieve them. It’s as simple as that and this process can take as little 2 minutes.
• In game Trade: There are occasions where the mailbox delivery doesn’t work or isn’t practical. Some items like Titanic’s can’t be sent in the mailbox. If the order is high in value or made up of so many items it’s not practical to send in the mailbox then there will need to be an in-game trade. We will send you an email with our username and a link to our private server. It’s up to you to either add us as a friend and then join our server or click the link which will load up Roblox and take you directly into our server. Once in our server we will trade you and give you your items.

While this does not constitute a formal part of our business model we do give “freebies” to long term and large value customers. We tend to give these when we do in game trade and vary from some free gems to free Titanic’s depending on the size of the order. Our largest freebie to date was 5 free Titanic’s however this was a pretty unique order.
